**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Create a variety of mocktails using fresh ingredients, syrups, juices, herbs, and garnishes.
- Develop and maintain a menu of mocktail offerings that complement the restaurant's cuisine and appeal to diverse tastes.
- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, taking their beverage orders and recommending mocktails based on their preferences.
- Prepare beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely delivery of drinks and seamless service.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to management.
- Stay updated on current beverage trends, including new ingredients and techniques, and incorporate them into mocktail offerings.
- Engage with guests to educate them about mocktails and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately using the restaurant's POS system.
- Assist in training new bartenders or barbacks as needed.
- Uphold the restaurant's standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a bartender or mixologist, with a focus on mocktails preferred.
- Strong knowledge of beverage ingredients, flavor profiles, and mixing techniques.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality beverages.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- TIPS or similar certification is a plus.
- Must be of legal drinking age and eligible to work in [Insert Location].
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Salary**: ₹12,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
