**Key Responsibilities**:
- Deliver advanced-level lectures and modules in management disciplines.
- Lead curriculum development, course design, and innovation aligned with global management trends.
- Guide postgraduate students in research, dissertations, and entrepreneurial projects.
- Conduct and publish high-impact research in national and international journals.

**Eligibility Criteria**:
- Ph.D. in Management/Business Administration or relevant specialization (MANDATORY)
- Consistent academic track record with excellent communication skills
- Minimum 10 years of experience in teaching/research/industry.
- Published a minimum number of research papers as per UGC/AICTE norms
- Experience in curriculum design, accreditation processes, and mentoring research scholars
- Strong leadership, team collaboration, and organizational skills
