Watch Technician

Key Responsibilities:
**Inspection and Diagnosis**

Inspect watches to diagnose issues or malfunctions.

Identify and document the cause of any mechanical or electronic problems.

Use magnification tools, microscopes, and other specialized equipment for close inspection.

**Repairs and Adjustments**

Repair or replace faulty parts, including crowns, stems, watch crystals, hands, and seals.

Disassemble, clean, lubricate, and reassemble watch movements to ensure smooth functionality.

Adjust and calibrate mechanisms for precise timekeeping.

Perform battery replacements and resealing for water-resistant watches.

**Customer Service**

Communicate effectively with customers to understand their repair needs and explain technical issues.

Provide estimates for repair time and costs based on inspection.

Advise customers on proper watch maintenance and care.

**Quality Control and Testing**

Test repaired watches for accuracy, water resistance, and durability.

Maintain high standards of workmanship to ensure customer satisfaction.

Inspect and test all functions of watches before returning them to customers.

**Record Keeping and Inventory Management**

Keep accurate records of repair work, parts used, and repair times.

Manage and maintain an inventory of watch parts and tools.

Order replacement parts as needed and ensure that tools are properly calibrated and maintained.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

- Day shift
