Production Supervisor

**Mission**
- Participer à la planification des capacités et des programmes de production.
- Communiquer les objectifs du produit à l'équipe.
- Résoudre les problèmes et alerter la hiérarchie en cas de besoin.
- Évaluer continuellement les compétences de l'équipe et développer un plan de formation.
- Superviser les tâches des chefs de lignes.
- Impliquer l'équipe dans l'analyse des déviations et la mise en œuvre des actions correctives.
- Gérer les changements techniques efficacement.
- Déterminer les besoins en personnel selon la capacité de production.
- Suivre et analyser les indicateurs de production et de qualité.
- Gérer les réclamations internes et externes avec le service qualité.
- Mettre en place des actions correctives pour améliorer les processus.
- Traiter les actions correctives suite aux audits internes et externes.
- Définir les tâches, responsabilités et délais.
- Assurer la discipline et le respect des normes 6S.
- Gérer les conflits et assurer une bonne transition des postes.
- Assurer la conformité aux exigences réglementaires HSE.
- Fournir les ressources nécessaires à la santé et sécurité au travail.
- Encourager l’efficacité du système de management HSE.
- Promouvoir l'amélioration continue des pratiques HSE.
**Profile**
- Technicien Supérieur ou niveau secondaire
- Au moins 7 ans d'expérience dans le domaine du câblage.
- Expertise dans le secteur automobile.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais, l'Allemand est un plus
