**About Us**:
Marwari Catalysts is a dynamic startup accelerator that fosters entrepreneurial growth by providing innovative solutions and resources. We are looking for a motivated Investment Associate to join our team and manage Investment efforts for investments and collaborations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage potential investors, stakeholders, and partners to participate in syndication opportunities.
- Led the syndication process for various investment rounds, ensuring seamless coordination between startups, investors, and internal teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with venture capital firms, angel investors, and other funding sources.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new syndication opportunities that align with company objectives.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with syndication partners, ensuring favourable outcomes for all parties.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to keep stakeholders informed about syndication activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (finance, legal, etc.) to ensure compliance and successful deal execution.
- Stay updated with market trends, investment opportunities, and competitive landscapes.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in investment syndication, venture capital, or fundraising.
- Strong understanding of investment processes, deals structuring, and negotiation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and nurture relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess opportunities and risks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (BBA/MBA preferred).
