**Job Location**: Wagle Estate, Thane

**Experience**: 3-6 Years

**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Work closely with architectural and design team to plan and visualize the construction projects
- Create modeling, Texturing, lighting & Rendering complex architectural scenes
- Rendering plans, section, elevations with using photoshop
- Create Architecture presentations
- Presenting and explaining visuals to team and clients
- Creating both static visualizations and animations
- Visualizing building concepts in various graphic mediums

**Qualification Requirement**
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Registered Universities
- 3+ years of experience as an 3D visualizer in a reputed architectural firm or construction company
- Good Knowledge of Acad, Revit, Photoshop.
- Excellent hand at modeling softwares - 3D max, Sketchup and Rendering softwares - Lumion, V ray, Enscape, Blender, etc
- Knowledge of Corel Draw software shall be an added advantage
- Highly creative and detail-oriented individual
- Good communication skills

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
