**Job Summary**:
The SEO Executive is responsible for optimizing the company's online presence to increase organic traffic, search engine rankings, and conversions. This role involves conducting keyword research, implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies, analyzing website performance, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm changes. The SEO Executive works closely with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive SEO strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Keyword Research**: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value keywords for content optimization.
- **On-Page SEO**: Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and internal linking to improve search engine visibility.
- **Off-Page SEO**: Implement off-page SEO strategies such as link building, outreach, and social media integration to increase domain authority.
- **Technical SEO**: Collaborate with developers to ensure website structure, crawlability, and indexability are optimized for search engines.
- **Content Strategy**: Work with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation and publishing processes.
- **Performance Analysis**: Use SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to track key metrics, monitor rankings, and analyze traffic patterns.
- **Competitive Analysis**: Monitor competitors' SEO strategies and identify opportunities to improve the company's SEO performance.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on SEO performance and present findings to stakeholders.
- **Stay Informed**: Keep abreast of SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SEO with a track record of improving organic search performance.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles is a plus.
