Solutions Architect

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker, Helm).
- Configure and maintain reverse proxies (NGINX, Apache, Traefik) and ingress controllers.
- Knowledge in API protection, Web Application Firewall (WAF) implementation, and DDoS mitigation is an added advantage.
- Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and implement preventive measures.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of networking, Layer 7 protocols, and public key infrastructure.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker, Helm).
- Proficiency in programming languages.
- Hands-on experience with reverse proxies (NGINX, Apache, Traefik) and API gateways.
- Familiarity with databases such as Redis, Elasticsearch, and InfluxDB.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, including OWASP Top 10, DDoS protection, and API security is an added advantage.
- Experience with Web Application Firewalls (WAF) and WAAP platforms is a plus.
- Strong Linux skills and expertise in regex.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and handle technical incidents.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience as a team lead or in a leadership role.
- Hands-on experience with WAAP platforms.
- Familiarity with Web Application Firewalls (WAF) and API gateways. Personal Attributes
