**Job Overview**:
The Hindi Teacher is responsible for teaching the Hindi language to students, fostering a love for the language, and ensuring they develop their reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills. The teacher is also responsible for preparing engaging lesson plans, conducting assessments, and maintaining a positive classroom environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Instruction**:

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Hindi for the assigned grade levels.
- Develop students' skills in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding Hindi.
- Use modern teaching methodologies and tools to make learning interactive and effective.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design lesson plans aligned with the school’s curriculum and academic standards.
- Incorporate cultural elements of Hindi literature, poetry, and prose to enrich student learning.
- **Student Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Regularly assess and evaluate students' progress through classwork, assignments, projects, and exams.
- Provide constructive feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
- Encourage students to actively participate in class activities and discussions.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- Prepare periodic progress reports and share them with parents during parent-teacher meetings.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on new teaching techniques, resources, and curriculum trends.
- Attend workshops, training sessions, and staff meetings as required by the school.
- **Co-curricular Activities**:

- Organize and participate in Hindi-related extracurricular activities, such as debates, essay-writing competitions, or cultural events.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Proficiency in Hindi language (both written and spoken).
- Strong teaching and classroom management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity in making lessons engaging and interactive.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate students.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hindi or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred).
- Prior teaching experience is an added advantage.

**Preferred Experience**:

- 2-5 years of teaching Hindi in schools.
- Experience with CBSE, ICSE, or international curricula.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
