Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with wholesale and retail clients.
- Conduct regular meetings with retail and wholesale partners to ensure alignment on goals, feedback, and opportunities for growth.
- Handle sales order administration, including processing orders and re-orders and updating stock levels.
- Conduct wholesale meetings to secure new business and maintain existing accounts.
- Monitor and manage sales targets, ensuring they align with company goals.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and that inventories align with client requirements.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to address logístical challenges or inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor wholesale clients' payment status to ensure accounts remain up-to-date.
- Address payment delays or issues in collaboration with the finance team.
- Oversee accurate invoicing and issuing of credits for wholesale clients.
- Ensure records are up-to-date and reflect client transactions.
- Visit retail stores to provide product and brand training to sales staff.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the brand's values and messaging are consistently communicated.
- Resolve client queries and logístical issues swiftly and effectively.
- Address stock shortages, product issues, or discrepancies with professionalism.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in logistics and supply chain coordination.
- Analytical skills to manage inventories, sales data, and performance metrics.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and retail market dynamics.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
