Job Description - Back Office Executive

**Location**: Kurla West, Mumbai (Near Vidya Vihar Station)
**Experience**: 0.6 - 2 years (Freshers with strong skills may also apply)
**Salary**: ₹18,000 per month

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update company databases, records, and reports.
- Handle day-to-day data entry and documentation work.
- Prepare MIS reports and Excel sheets as required by management.
- Verify accuracy of information before entering data.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth back-office operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in **MS Excel** (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic Formulas).
- Good **typing speed** with accuracy (minimum 30-40 WPM preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Good communication skills (written & verbal).

Education
- Graduate in any stream (preferred: Commerce/Business/Computer Applications).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
