**Roles and Responsibilities**

Education Counselor will be responsible for cold calling, Counselling Client, Upselling and follow OTA process

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensure cold calling on daily basis and update the feedback also ensure profiled attendees /pre closures for Seminars
- Maintaining show rate /conversion rate as per the expectations/KRA
- Counsel the clients post seminar and ensure they enroll for the program.
- Desired monthly enrollments/targets need to be met with
- Aggressively following up on pending/fresh payments if any
- Ensure the clients are registered for the Batch and assist the client in case of any hindrance
- Follow OTA sales and operations process with due diligence
- Maintaining OTA premises with high standards.

**TO GUARANTEE**:
Single responsibilities are operational. That means employees and managers knows what needs to be executed (to guarantee) for each responsibility

**TO CONTRIBUTE**:
Each responsibility is detailed enough to make it operational but also show the added value(contribution) to Client.

**Required Qualifications and experience
- Graduate/Post Graduate
- Hard core sales for 2 to 3 years ( HNI / concept /Tele selling )
