**Key Responsibilities: Content Creation**
- Design **posters, infographics, and social media visuals** (carousels, stories, short-form videos) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
- Produce **animations & GIFs** that grab attention and enhance engagement.
- Edit short video clips for social campaigns, ensuring high-quality, platform-optimized content.

**Social Media Strategy & Management**
- Develop **content calendars** and execute strategies aligned with client goals.
- Schedule, publish, and monitor posts while engaging with online communities.
- Stay updated on **emerging trends, algorithms, and best practices**.

**Brand & Campaign Development**
- Ensure all content adheres to **brand guidelines** for consistency.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm campaign ideas.
- Analyze performance metrics (social insights, Google Analytics) to refine strategies.

**Innovation & Growth**
- Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and new digital tools.
- Experiment with fresh formats to keep content ahead of the curve.

**What You Bring**:
**Bachelor’s degree** in Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
**3+ years of experience** in digital content creation (portfolio required).
**Expertise in design tools** (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and basic video editing.
**Deep understanding of social media** platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
**Strong visual design skills**—typography, color theory, and layout mastery.
**Excellent communication** and ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
**Creative, proactive, and trend-savvy** with a passion for digital innovation.

**Bonus Points For**:

- Experience with **WordPress or other CMS platforms**.
- Knowledge of **SEO and paid social advertising** (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).
- Photography/videography skills.
