**Key Responsibilities**:
**Institutional Sales**:

- Identify and target key institutional clients, including architects, builders, developers, and contractors, to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Build long-term relationships with institutional clients and manage key accounts.
- Conduct product presentations and site visits to demonstrate product benefits and solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to institutional clients, meeting both short-term and long-term sales goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to offer customized solutions based on client needs.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to close large-scale deals and projects.

**Retail Sales**:

- Develop and expand the retail network by identifying new retail opportunities and partnerships.
- Manage existing retail relationships, ensuring product availability and optimal placement in stores.
- Drive sales performance through promotional activities, merchandising, and retail events.
- Provide regular product training and support to retail staff to enhance product knowledge and customer engagement.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and enhance retail sales performance.
- Track sales targets, monitor retail KPIs, and provide performance reports to management.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Meet and exceed individual sales targets for both institutional and retail segments.
- Stay updated on new products, industry trends, and competitors to effectively present and sell the company’s offerings.
- Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and events to network and promote the company’s products.
- Resolve customer issues, provide timely solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth delivery and service.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 2-5 years of sales experience in the **Glass Manufacturing Industry** (preferably in institutional and retail sectors).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in both B2B and B2C environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and site visits.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
