We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven BackOffice Executives to join our growing team. The role involves engaging with e-commerce clients, pitching our services over the phone, nurturing leads, and working to convert them into active customers. Both freshers and experienced professionals with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential e-commerce clients.
- Pitch company services effectively to decision-makers.
- Build rapport and maintain follow-ups with leads.
- Nurture client relationships to increase the chances of conversion.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Maintain and update lead data and call details in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and support.

**Requirements**:

- Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce or online business models is a plus.
- Ability to handle objections and stay motivated.
- Freshers with good communication and eagerness to learn are welcome.
- Prior telesales or client-pitching experience is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
