**Key Responsibilities**
1. Camera Operation:
- Set up and operate video or film cameras during shoots.
- Select camera angles, lighting, framing, and composition to enhance visual storytelling.
- Adjust camera settings such as focus, exposure, and framing to achieve desired quality and style.
- Ensure smooth camera movements, including handheld, tripod, dolly, crane, gimbal, or drone operation as needed.
2. Creative Collaboration:
- Work closely with the director, producer, or cinematographer to interpret the visual requirements and production goals.
- Suggest creative ideas to improve shots and enhance the final product.
- Collaborate with other crew members, such as sound technicians, gaffers, or grips, to achieve the desired look and feel.
3. Equipment Management:
- Inspect and maintain camera equipment to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.
- Set up and disassemble camera rigs, lenses, tripods, and other related equipment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during shoots to minimize downtime.
4. Pre-Production & Planning:
- Scout filming locations to assess lighting, framing, and technical needs.
- Prepare for shoots by understanding scripts, shot lists, and technical specifications.
- Test camera setups and configurations in advance of filming.
5. Post-Production Assistance:
- Assist editors by providing high-quality footage, following organizational standards and metadata requirements.
- Capture additional footage or reshoots if required.
6. Adherence to Safety and Standards:
- Follow industry standards and safety protocols during filming.
- Operate equipment responsibly, especially in hazardous environments or during live broadcasts.
**Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in operating video cameras (e.g., DSLRs, cinema cameras, professional video systems).
- Knowledge of different camera types, lenses, and accessories.
- Familiarity with video formats, resolution, and frame rates.
- Expertise in camera movements, stabilization techniques, and shot composition.
- Experience with lighting and sound equipment is a plus.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Film, Cinematography, or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Camera Operator or in a similar role (internships, freelance, or professional work).
- Knowledge of film production processes is preferred.
**Work Environment**:
- Filming can take place indoors or outdoors, depending on the project.
- The role might involve irregular hours and extensive travel to on-location shoots.
- Physical demands include carrying and setting up heavy equipment and working in potentially challenging environments.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
