**Position**: Receptionist (Female)

**Salary**: ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month + Accommodation

**Experience**: 6 Months to 1 Year

- **Mail and Deliveries**: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- **Administrative Support**: Perform basic clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Manage and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and efficiently.
- **Office Maintenance**: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials (e.g., pens, forms, brochures).

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 6 months to 1 year of experience in a receptionist or similar role.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- **Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent organizational abilities.
- **Attributes**: Friendly and approachable demeanor, professional appearance, ability to multitask and handle stress, and a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
