**Shree Niketan**, one of Chennai's fastest-growing New Age educational groups, is launching a new campus in **Nolambur**. We are looking for an experienced, passionate and caring **Kindergarten Teacher (KGT)**who can inspire, engage, and make a lasting impact in the early years of a child’s educational journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create a warm, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment for KG children.
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate and engaging lessons.
- Use creative and play-based teaching methodologies to promote curiosity and learning.
- Assess and document student progress and communicate effectively with parents.
- Collaborate with co-teachers and the academic team to develop and implement the curriculum.
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and emotional well-being of every child under care.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferably with a background in education or psychology).
- **Diploma/Certificate in Early Childhood Education or Montessori Training** is mandatory.
- 1-5 years of teaching experience in a kindergarten or preschool setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
