**Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer with strong project management skills to join our team. As an Interior Designer - Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. **Key Responsibilities**:
1. Project Planning and Coordination:

- Lead the planning and execution of interior design projects, including space planning, conceptual design, material selection, and furniture procurement.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans, and track progress against key milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives and requirements.

2. Design Development:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and vision for the space, and translate these into creative and functional design concepts.
- Create detailed design proposals, including floor plans, elevations, mood boards, and 3D renderings, to illustrate the proposed design solutions.
- Source materials, finishes, furnishings, and accessories that align with the design concept, budget, and project timeline, and manage the procurement process.

3. Project Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day execution of interior design projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, and resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any on-site issues, and ensure that work is being carried out according to the design plans and specifications.

4. Client Communication and Relationship Management:

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and soliciting feedback.
- Build strong relationships with clients by demonstrating professionalism, expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional design solutions that exceed their expectations.
- Manage client expectations effectively, ensuring that all deliverables are clearly defined, agreed upon, and delivered on time and within budget.

5. Team Leadership and Collaboration:

- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, including junior designers, drafters, and administrative staff, and foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless integration of interior design elements with the overall project scope.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to support their professional growth and development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of interior design projects across residential, commercial, and/or hospitality sectors.
- Proficiency in design software tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, team members, and external partners.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to interior design and construction.
- Professional certification or licensure in interior design or architecture (e.g., NCIDQ, CID, or equivalent) is a plus.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
