**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conceptualize and design innovative visual materials to communicate brand messages effectively.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver compelling design solutions.

3. Utilize advanced proficiency in graphic design software including Coral Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other relevant tools.

4. Have a hands-on experience in UI/UX design tools is an add-on.

5. An overview and working knowledge of 3D designing is an add-on

6. Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.

7. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate cutting-edge design techniques into projects.

8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.

9. Review and provide constructive feedback on junior designers' work, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

10. Effectively communicate and supervise design concepts to external design agency and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.

11. Maintain an organized digital asset library and contribute to the evolution of the company's design standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (preferably in e-commerce, corporate gifting, or related industries).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, or product design work.
- Knowledge of print production processes and color management.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Good communication skills to understand client briefs and present ideas.
