**Qualifications**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to think critically and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software systems Experience in customer service and resolving customer complaints Ability to manage conflict and diffuse difficult situations Knowledge of basic accounting principles Availability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
