Jaglax Homes is looking for a **Maintenance Associate** for their Holiday Homestay property in Siolim -Goa

**Role and responsibilities**:

- Repair guest rooms and public spaces as necessary - including but not limited to kitchen, electrical, and plumbing repairs
- Have some knowledge of Electrical/Plumbing/ Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC)
- Perform maintenance and repairs for assigned areas of expertise such as the interior and exterior of the property, laundry and kitchen/refrigeration equipment, lighting, heating, air conditioning (HVAC), ventilation, and water treatment systems, and swimming pool-if applicable
- To undertake minor MEP work as necessary to maintain safe and efficient systems within the hotel
- Operate and understand basic television system, plumbing systems and electrical systems through the property
- Performing routine preventive maintenance on guest rooms, repairing or replacing broken or defective parts and fixtures, and any other maintenance needs at the building as needed

**Qualification**: Diploma / 2-5 year's experience in maintenance department.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
