**Position - **Senior Counselling Psychologist

**Salary - **Up to 50K

**Qualifications**:A Master degree in Counselling/ Clinical Psychology

**We are seeking senior counselling psychologist with expertise in handling multiples domains**

1. **Counselling**: Proficiency in using counseling techniques and interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and trauma-informed care. Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients experiencing a range of mental health issues.

2. **Talk Now**: Need Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills to chat on Talk Now, provide crisis intervention and emergency support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises or suicidal ideation.

**3. Managing Journaling & support group**

4. Content for app, social media: Stay informed about current developments in the field of mental health and implement relevant content for the app and social media.

5. **Leads calling**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessments, in accordance with organizational policies and do revenue targets calling.

6. **Screening & assessment**: Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans and Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions to facilitate positive change and support clients' mental health and well-being.

**7. Queries on social media**

8. **Provider relationships**: Develop and execute a comprehensive on boarding program for Allied therapists, psychiatrist, clinical psychologist or Counselling psychologist. Ensure each team member aligns with our service standards and ethics to provide consistent, high quality care.

9. **Workshops**: Collaborate with community organizations, schools, and other stakeholders to promote mental health awareness and access to counseling services and attend relevant training programs, workshops, and conferences as needed.

10. **Product review and changes**: Work with the Product team to build tech enabled solutions to improve the efficiency and experience of the therapy practice.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
