**Job description**

Create, maintain database of new & existing vendors under various categories with continuous update to improve procurement processes.
- Back up to procurement & accounts department.
- Understand business needs and plan project requirements and direct the work of purchasing clerks including supervision.
- Create Purchase Orders & Work Orders along with data entry of all purchases, such as equipment and material.
- Evaluate order documentation.
- Review and maintain physical and digital record of purchase files and records (purchase orders, Invoices, contracts, etc.)
- Audit vendors/contracts to ensure it is in compliance with company regulations (e.g. Empanelment, on-boarding, debarment and suspension).
- To ensure its compliance with company policies and procedures and ensure the availability of documentation.
- Response to inquiries from internal and external sources in providing information, direction, and or appropriate referrals.
- Review and monitor capital & operational purchases
- Continually improve procurement processes.
- Compile data from various sources for analysis and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of MIS reporting and Accounts

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
