**Job Title: Video Creator**

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and create compelling video content for various platforms (YouTube, Shorts, Reels, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.)
- Conceptualize, script, and storyboard video projects
- Plan, produce, and publish video content from start to finish
- Collaborate with team members to ensure brand consistency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in video creation, filmmaking, or related field
- Visual aesthetics and cinematography
- Scriptwriting and dialogue development
- Storyboarding and pre-production planning
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
- Motion graphics and animation tools (Adobe After Effects, Blender)
- Color grading and color correction techniques
- Experience of how to build and maintain a brand through video content

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Knowledge of social media platforms and video content optimization
- Knowledge of analytics and performance tracking
- Experience with 360-degree video or VR content creation
- Experience with animation and motion graphics design
