**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**:

- Oversee the entire production process for advertising campaigns, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Collaborate with creative teams, including copywriters, art directors, designers, and videographers, to bring concepts to life.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, including production companies, freelancers, editors, sound engineers, and post-production teams.
- **Pre-Production Coordination**:

- Organize and manage the pre-production process, including creating schedules, securing locations, casting talent, and hiring production crews.
- Handle logistics, such as securing permits, organizing transportation, and booking equipment.
- Oversee budgeting and cost estimates, ensuring all financial aspects of the production are tracked and within limits.
- **Production Oversight**:

- Supervise on-set or on-location shoots to ensure the production runs smoothly.
- Coordinate the crew, cast, and other stakeholders, ensuring that the director and creative team’s vision is realized.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production, adjusting plans as necessary to stay on track.

- **Post-Production Management**:

- Oversee the post-production process, including editing, sound design, color correction, and special effects (if necessary).
- Collaborate with editors and post-production teams to ensure the final product aligns with the creative vision and meets technical standards.
- Review and approve final cuts, ensuring they meet client or stakeholder expectations.
- **Client & Stakeholder Communication**:

- Act as the main point of contact for clients or internal stakeholders throughout the production process.
- Provide regular updates on the progress of the project, addressing any concerns or feedback.
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines, project objectives, and client expectations.
- **Budgeting & Financial Management**:

- Develop and manage production budgets, tracking costs and ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
- Handle vendor contracts, invoicing, and payments, ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and on time.
- Optimize production processes to achieve cost savings without sacrificing quality.
- **Compliance & Legal Considerations**:

- Ensure that all productions comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including copyright laws, broadcast standards, and advertising regulations.
- Manage contracts and releases for talent, locations, and other necessary agreements.
- **Innovation & Industry Knowledge**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in advertising production.
- Explore new production techniques and tools to improve efficiency and the creative quality of the ads.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a production role, preferably within advertising, marketing, or media.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of the ad production process for digital, broadcast, and print media.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with production software and tools, such as Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, or other project management platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances on short notice.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage tight deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in digital media production, including video ads for social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
- Knowledge of media buying and ad placements.
- Familiarity with live-action, animation, and motion graphics production.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience working with talent agencies and production vendors.
