**Responsibilities**:

- **Responsible for overseeing the production, video editing, anchoring, posting, and creative design teams in the digital newsroom.**:

- Conceptualizing and executing social media campaign concepts and art directions, including but not limited to creating long format videos, graphics, animation, and online short videos.
- Supervising the production of on-demand content and managing the real-time content team.
- Create and finalize monthly content calendars in coordination with the project lead and anchors.
- Establish quality control standards for all content leaving the newsroom, organize production schedules and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Enhance the efficiency of the content production process and evaluate the time efficiency of the process.
- Managing online and offline social media campaigns and events, including outstation shoots.

**Requirements**:

- **College degree in journalism, mass communication or similar.**:

- Proven work experience as a Content Manager in a supervisory level.
- Advanced knowledge of digital technology and solid understanding of social media.
- Proficiency in Digital Media creation.
- **Someone from production, journalism, visual news background will be an ideal fit.**:

- **5-10 years of experience required.**:

- Must have excellent writing and coaching skill.
- Effective oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to make quick and appropriate decisions and gain the cooperation of others.
- Must feel at ease managing a team.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in English - comfortable in developing and presenting ideas to clients.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
