Purchase Executive Key Responsibilities
1. Sourcing and Procurement: Identify and develop new suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of raw materials and packaging components.
2. Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with company standards.
3. Purchase Order Management: Create and manage purchase orders, track inventory levels, and optimize stock levels.
4. Cost Control: Analyze market trends, negotiate prices, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
5. Quality Assurance: Ensure purchased materials meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
**Requirements**:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Bachelor's - engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry.
3. Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office
Industry-Specific Requirements
1. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and cosmetic industry standards.
2. Product Knowledge: Familiarity with skin care products and ingredients.
Soft Skills
1. Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and logistics.
2. Time Management: Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Adaptability: Adapt to changing market trends, supplier issues, and business needs.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
