**Roles and Responsibilities**
- The major test includes mainly sieve analysis, moisture test, compressive strength test, split & tensile test, abrasion test etc and maintain the lab and its instruments and its documents.
- He should also be responsible for the civil work at factory.
- He should supervise loading/unloading/receipt of raw materials at facto
- Energetic, Responsible and intellectual
- Deep knowledge in civil lab testing
