**Operations**:

- **Quotation**

Writing up accurate and grammatically correct sales correspondence.

To prepare Quotation and then follows with sales force on any sales quotations made for clients.
- **Follow up with the factory**

To coordinate with the factory with the various department for the smooth execution of order & timely delivery to the client. Resolving any sales related issues with customers.
- **Preparation of Proforma invoice & Local Billing**

Preparing Proforma Invoice according to the Packing List for the receipt of the payment.

Also to prepare local Invoice as the client demand.

Also need to do payment followup with clients

**Document Required**:
1. Quotation.

2. Purchase Order Copy along with Work Order form

3. Performa Invoice

4. Sales Order Form

5. Sales Invoice and Challan

6. Purchase Bill and Challan.

**Reporting**:

- Director

**Communication**:

- Production Manager
- Sales Force

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
