**Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Inventory Management**:

- Plan and manage Rising Auction (RA) inventory to ensure a consistent and appealing product lineup.
- Monitor inventory levels, identify trends, and adjust strategies to maximize sales.

**Social Media Marketing**:

- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to promote RA events and engage customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media platforms.

**Testing and Development**:

- Conduct daily RA testing to ensure platform functionality and identify areas for improvement.
- Work with the development team to implement new features and troubleshoot issues.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Analyze RA data to extract insights and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Prepare regular reports on RA performance and present findings to stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the use of analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
