Job Description: Interior Designer

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget for the project. Conduct thorough discussions to gather information about their lifestyle, goals, and desired outcomes.

2. Space Planning: Develop creative and functional space plans that optimize the use of available space while adhering to building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

3. Concept Development: Generate design concepts and present them to clients using sketches, mood boards, and 3D visualizations. Incorporate client feedback and refine designs accordingly.

4. Material and Furniture Selection: Source and select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment that align with the design concept, budget, and client's preferences. Create specifications and prepare sample boards for client approval.

5. Design Development: Create detailed drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project.

6. Project Management: Oversee the execution of the design from concept to completion. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure timely and accurate implementation of the design. Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and make adjustments as necessary.

7. Presentation Skills: Effectively communicate design ideas and solutions to clients through presentations and visual aids. Clearly articulate design concepts, rationale, and benefits to gain client buy-in.

8. Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on current design trends, materials, and technologies. Attend trade shows, seminars, and workshops to expand knowledge and expertise in the field of interior design.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in interior design.

2. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field is preferred.

3. Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.

4. Strong knowledge of design principles, space planning, and construction techniques.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and vendors.

6. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative design solutions.

7. Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

8. Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

9. Portfolio showcasing previous design projects and technical drawings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
