**Role Description**
This is a remote and onsite support role for an IT Desktop Support Engineer. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, printers, and computer software. And will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
**IT Desktop Support**:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems promptly and accurately.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or specialized teams when necessary.
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues, ensuring mínimal downtime for end-users.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including inventory, warranties, and configurations.
- Assist with hardware and software procurement and disposal processes.
**Experience & Education**:
- 3+ Years experience in desktop support or a related role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience or relevant technical certifications (e.g., A+N+, Microsoft Certified ).
**Skills**:
- Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and repair.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in desktop computers, technical support, printer support, troubleshooting, and computer hardware
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with remote desktop support
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
