**Activity list and Key Responsibilities:

- **Classroom Instruction**:

- Teach Economics to Senior Secondary students (Class 11 and 12) in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans that effectively cover the course material, while also encouraging active participation and critical thinking.
- Use a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, discussions, case studies, and real-world examples, to enhance students' understanding of economic concepts.
- Prepare students for board exams by conducting regular revision sessions, mock exams, and helping students develop exam strategies.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Design and implement assessments, including assignments, tests, and projects, to evaluate student understanding and progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their performance, highlighting areas of improvement and guiding them towards academic success.
- Track student performance and identify those who require additional help, offering remedial sessions when necessary.
- **Curriculum Development and Implementation**:

- Assist in the development and updating of the Economics curriculum, ensuring it is aligned with the latest CBSE guidelines.
- Integrate real-world economic trends, news, and case studies into the curriculum to provide students with practical knowledge and understanding.
- **Student Mentoring and Support**:

- Offer additional guidance to students preparing for higher studies in Economics or related fields.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain an organized, disciplined, and respectful classroom environment.
- Promote active participation, ensuring that students are engaged and motivated throughout lessons.
- Address classroom behavior issues in a positive and professional manner.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Master's degree (M.A.) in Economics from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.

**Experience:

- Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience in Economics at the Senior Secondary level, preferably with CBSE curriculum.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and technologies to aid in teaching.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
