**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for assigned territory
- Promote and sell our range of FMCG products to existing and prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management
- Maintain and improve relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships
- Ensure all sales activities align with the guidelines of the company’s ethics and business conduct

**Qualifications**
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative in the FMCG industry
- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
