**Job Title**: Purchase Coordinator - Aluminium Windows and Doors Industry

**Location**: Mumbai, Lower Parel

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Procurement Management**:
1. Source, select, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best terms and conditions.

2. Review and analyze purchase requisitions, identifying opportunities for cost savings.

3. Generate purchase orders and ensure accuracy in quantities, specifications, and pricing.

4. Monitor delivery schedules and expedite orders as necessary to meet production timelines.

**Supplier Relationship Management**:
1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.

2. Evaluate supplier performance and implement improvement strategies as needed.

3. Resolve any issues or disputes with suppliers in a timely manner.

**Inventory Management**:
1. Coordinate with the inventory team to maintain optimal stock levels.

2. Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and minimize excess inventory.

**Cost Management**:
1. Monitor market trends and pricing fluctuations to identify cost-saving opportunities.

2. Implement strategies to control costs and improve overall procurement efficiency.

**Compliance and Documentation**:
1. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

2. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier contracts.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the aluminum windows and doors industry.

3. Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of cost savings.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.

6. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
