**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Safely operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks, to transport goods to designated locations
- Load and unload products using manual handling techniques and equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from clients
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance
- Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and organization

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Experience with warehouse operations is preferred
- Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety standards
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks associated with moving goods
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; manual transmission experience is a plus
- Knowledge of route driving techniques and navigation tools
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required
