As an Ethnic Wear Designer, you will create _trendy, budget-friendly_ designs, working closely with the production team, master tailors, and fabric suppliers to ensure smooth execution from concept to final production.
- Key Responsibilities:_

**Design & Development**: Create cost-effective, commercially viable ethnic wear.
**Market Research**: Adapt trends into affordable, mass-producible designs.
**Sample Development**: Work with the master tailor & production team to finalize samples.
**Production Oversight**: Ensure efficient bulk production with mínimal fabric wastage.
**Material Sourcing**: Coordinate with fabric suppliers & embroidery units for cost-effective sourcing.
- Skills & Qualifications:_

✔ _3-5 years experience_ in ethnic wear design (_preferably in Gandhi Nagar or Chandni Chowk_).
✔ Strong understanding of _mass production, fabric selection & embroidery techniques_.
✔ Experience in _cost-efficient garment development_ and wholesale market trends.
✔ Ability to create _tech packs & coordinate with production teams_.
- Bonus Skills:_

➕ Prior experience in _wholesale ethnic wear businesses_.
➕ Knowledge of _bulk production constraints & timelines_.
