**SHEET METAL FABRICATION**
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements.
- Cutting, shaping, and assembling metal components using hand tools, welding equipment, and machinery such as saws, grinders, and drills.
- Ensuring that fabricated parts meet quality standards and project specifications by performing accurate measurements and inspections.
- Welding and brazing metal parts using various techniques, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding, to join components securely.
- Installing fabricated components, including structural steel frames, machinery parts, and piping systems, according to layout plans and assembly instructions.
- Aligning and fitting fabricated parts to ensure proper functionality and structural integrity.
- Performing routine maintenance on fabrication equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborating with engineers, designers, and other team members to resolve fabrication issues and improve manufacturing processes.
- Adhering to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for oneself and others.
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed, including materials used, hours worked, and project progress.

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a Fabrication Fitter or similar role in a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques, including cutting, welding, and machining.
- Familiarity with a variety of hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in measurements and assembly.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Certification in welding or fabrication techniques is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

License/Certification:

- ITI (Fitter) (preferred)
