Some of your Benefits Cafeteria/ Canteen Easily Reachable Health Insurance Paid Holidays Safe Environment - Pune - On-Site Freudenberg Filtration Technologies India Private Limited You support our team as AGM - MANUFACTURING EXCELLENCE (F/M/D) **Responsibilities**: - Lead and manage Manufacturing Excellence and Maintenance team. provide coaching and support to the team - Lead the development of all manufacturing processes for products manufactured from product development through serial production - Support day to day operations to ensure Safety, quality, throughput and efficiency targets are met - Establish and execute plans for expansion including capital equipment and valuestream realignment - Promote a culture of continuous improvement, lead initiatives to improve the manufacturing process and reduce costs - Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule - Proficiency in developing, validating and implementing new processes and methods **Qualifications**: - B.E in Mechanical with 15+ years of relevant experience - Project management expertise. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver projects within timeline and budget - Expertise in manufacturing process for filtration products - Problem solving and Root cause analysis - PFMEA, SPC, SMED, Time and motion studies - Ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve goals, Strong communication and presentation skills - Change management and collaborative attitude The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
