Job Description: Digital Marketing Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
Assist in Campaign Planning:Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop digital marketing strategies and campaign plans.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences and trends.
Assist in creating comprehensive marketing briefs and schedules.

Ensure that all content is consistent with the brand voice, style, and guidelines.
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce high-quality visuals and multimedia content.

Social Media Management:Assist in managing social media platforms, including content scheduling, community engagement, and audience growth.
Monitor social media trends, conversations, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for engagement and improvement.
Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports on the performance of social media campaigns.

SEO and Website Optimization:Assist in optimizing website content and structure for search engines to improve organic rankings.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to drive relevant traffic.
Monitor website analytics and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Analytics and Reporting:Assist in monitoring and analyzing digital marketing campaign performance using various analytics tools.
Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience or internship in digital marketing is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, tools, and techniques.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SEO principles is desirable.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,096.00 - ₹29,484.00 per month

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
