**What will you do**:

- Complete KYC onboarding for new and pre-existing customer by reviewing client documentation and various backend tasks.
- Ensure customers classified in line with required policy standards and industry regulations.
- Communicate issues to customers and help them solve the relevant queries/ tickets while following protocols.
- Oversee day-to-day cryptocurrency operations.
- Identify & manage initiatives to improve operational processes and reduce operational risks.
- Monitor operational and risk metrics and escalate potential issues or anomalies.
- Support new crypto initiatives from an operational, risk, and compliance perspective.
- Partner with our customer experience and content teams to continuously improve crypto related customer communications.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years experience in Finance Operations Management.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Good command of the English language.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
