Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-centric individuals to join our team as Customer Support/Tele-callers. As a vital point of contact between our company and its customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will involve handling inquiries, providing information, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services through outbound calls.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, pricing, and promotions.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our offerings, explain benefits, and generate interest.
- Record and maintain detailed and accurate customer interaction records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as Sales and Technical Support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Achieve and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call quality, resolution times, and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to provide informed assistance.
- Identify and escalate complex issues or trends to supervisors for timely resolution.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or telemarketing roles is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant telephone manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
- Ability to navigate computer systems and CRM software for data entry and customer management.
