**Role Brief**:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated **Client Relationship Intern** to support our tele calling efforts and drive account openings for our digital investment platform_, _**Dhanush**_. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in client communication, acquisition, and relationship management within a professional financial services environment.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers or leads.
- Explain the benefits and process of account opening.
- Build rapport with prospective clients to understand their concerns or hesitations.
- Guide customers through the necessary steps to complete KYC and activate accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and account status.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth client onboarding/reactivation.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Bachelor’s degree completed in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of financial services or an interest in the investment space
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative
