IT Recruiter

Responsibilities:
1) Assessing the hiring needs of the company and developing job descriptions and specifications accordingly for technical (IT) roles
2) Keep up-to-date with new technological trends, create reports and presentations in accordance.
4) Screening resumes and conducting technical interviews of shortlisted students; collaborating with leadership team for following rounds.
5) Designing and executing recruitment campaigns through various platforms.
6) Maintaining relationships with universities/colleges, student organizations, and recruitment networks.
7) Developing internship programs and evaluating the performance of new employees.
8) Managing all administrative tasks such as updating recruitment databases, hiring profiles, and applicants' documentation.
9) Hosting and attending college career days and conferences.

Skills Require:

- IT Graduate + MBA (HR preferably)
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in HR or recruitment.
- Sound understanding of the recruitment process and University/college databases.
- Highly charismatic with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with designing and conducting interviews
- Good judge of character and decision-making skills
- Great networking abilities
- Sound knowledge of recruitment practices and keeping up to date with trends.

**Salary**: From ₹400,000.00 per month
