**Responsibilities**:
1. Initiate contact with potential or existing customers to introduce and promote products or services.
2. Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and close sales.
3. Maintain accurate customer records and updates in the CRM system.
4. Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
5. Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and foster future sales opportunities.
6. Document calls, sales, and pertinent information for reference and future follow-ups.
7. Conduct online product demonstrations to educate clients on product features.
8. Utilise upselling and cross-selling techniques to promote additional relevant products.
11. Collaborate with the operations team to develop proposals.
13. Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the operations team throughout the sales process, from lead generation to project completion.
**Education**: Minimum Graduation
**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in telesales or similar sales/customer service roles.
2. Strong customer service skills
**Skills**:
1. Fluent in English.
2. Proficient in persuasion, rapport-building, and selling techniques.
3. Excellent telephone and meeting etiquette.
4. Outstanding negotiation, listening, and questioning skills.
5. Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections.
6. Quick to learn and grasp product knowledge.
7. Demonstrated ability in closing sales effectively.
**Knowledge**:
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel/Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
2. Competent in internet usage and data retrieval.
3. Basic understanding of payroll processes.
