**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Setup and Operation**:

- Set up and operate Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) based on engineering drawings and specifications.
- Select the correct tooling, fixtures, and machine settings based on job requirements.
- Perform test runs and make necessary adjustments to ensure precision and quality standards are met.
- **Monitoring and Inspection**:

- Monitor machine performance and ensure optimal running conditions.
- Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- Document production results and any deviations from quality standards.
- **Maintenance**:

- Perform routine maintenance on the VMC machine to ensure it operates smoothly and efficiently.
- Report any mechanical issues or malfunctions and collaborate with the maintenance team for repairs.
- **Safety and Quality Assurance**:

- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Ensure parts meet high-quality standards and conform to customer specifications.
- Adhere to company policies, including quality and safety standards.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to ensure production schedules and quality standards are met.
- Assist in continuous improvement efforts to optimize production efficiency and reduce scrap rates.

Pay: ₹8,240.18 - ₹28,346.38 per month
