**About the Role**

We are looking for energetic and persuasive **Telesales Associates** to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone, introducing our products/services, and converting leads into sales.

This is a **target-driven role** where performance and communication skills directly contribute to your incentives and career growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists
- Explain company products/services and their benefits to prospects
- Answer customer queries and handle objections confidently
- Record customer details and update the CRM system
- Follow up with interested leads to close sales
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Education**: Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
- **Experience**:

- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
- Prior telesales, telecalling, or customer service experience preferred
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication in **Hindi** (English is an added advantage)
- Persuasive and confident telephone manner
- Basic computer skills and ability to work with CRM tools
- Target-oriented mindset
