**Requirements**:
- 1+ years of experience in teaching UI/UX design
- Genuine passion for teaching
- Proven experience in UX research methods, including user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience with prototyping tools and techniques
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects and process
- Previous teaching or training experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) will be an added advantage
