- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Achieve sales targets and increase revenue through effective sales techniques.
- Promote new products, special offers, and seasonal items to customers.Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance sales.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the product range, including sweets, namkeen, and related items.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overstock issues.
- Assist with inventory checks and ensure that the product display is well-stocked and organized.
- Manage product displays and ensure they are visually appealing.
- Track daily sales and report on sales performance and customer trends.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
